Recipe: Avocado Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop TB12 Protein
