Recipe: Banana Almond Flax Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 medium banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 scoop TB12™ Protein
- 1 cup ice
