INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 pinch of allspice
1 scoop TB12 Protein
1 cup ice
